The school provides a range of enrichment programs for all students. Indonesian, The Arts (Visial) are subjects taught by specialist teachers.
The Arts
This year our students will be focusing on visual arts.
Indonesian
All students are taught one hour of Indonesian each week. Learning a language gives students the opportunity to become positive global citizens. Students develop an understanding of the Indonesian language and culture. Throughout the year they are also taught a variety of Indonesian musical instruments.
Physical Education
Holy Spirit is proud of its sporting history. Students participate in a variety of activities each week, with a focus on the fundamental motor skills. In addition, working as a team, being fair and playing safe is a focus.
Darwin Region School Sport Program provided our students from Years 4-6 a great opportunity to participate at inter-school sport activities.
A pathway for students aged 10 – 12 years to participate and nominate themselves for selection into Darwin Region Teams continues this year.
Many sporting opportunities are provided to our students both in and out of school hours.
