Below is the Enrolment Package for Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School.
Please ensure to complete the Interstate Student Transfer Note if your child is transferring from an interstate school.
We ask all our families to complete the Outside of School Hours Registration form even if your family does not intend to use the service. This is to ensure supervised care in case of an emergency or special circumstance. Our OSHC enrolment form is an online form. Terms and conditions can be found in the downloadable Parent Information Booklet below.
